Ancient System Replacement

Southern River, WA

About the project

The ever entertaining and multi-skilled installer, Cade, filled us in one some details of this extra-special solar install in Southern River, which saw an obsolete solar system replaced with a stonking 18 x 370 W Leapton Panel x 5kW Sofar Inverter system! Cade explains, ‘It’s a fairly straightforward job – it’s actually quicker to remove an old system than install a new one – where the old system was, we’ve been able to re-use some of that space, for the inverter as well’ Cade makes every job look so easy, and he clearly takes pride in and enjoys what he does – he even drops a surprise Josh Kennedy catchphrase at the end! Blackout protection expertise

MLEC solar did a great job installing our panels and battery set-up. Very professional and a great product. Was surprised that it was producing power even on an overcast day. So far we have not had to utilise any power from the grid as the battery has lasted overnight and the panels have produced more than enough power for our day needs.

Very professional. Easy transaction from start to finish. They come to your home to give a free no obligation assessment. We opted to replace our existing solar panels, which they disposed of for us, and replace with panels and a battery. Installers were friendly, easy to deal with and knew their business. Gave some great advice and made sure everything was connected up to an app for us.

Great pre-sale advice, giving us the best solution for our requirements. The communication was excellent in preparation. The team arrived on time and completed the installation very efficiently. Their coaching on how to use the system was also excellent. Thank you MLec!! We're very happy.

Last week, MLEC installed additional solar panels and a battery. I can now not only monitor my power usage but also save on the bills. I am looking forward to see the next bill and the difference it will make.

Great products, friendly and helpful sales staff (thanks Nathan). Fantastic install team who seamlessly fitted 22 panels and 1 inverter and 10kw/h battery, this combination was perfectly suited to our needs. I highly recommend MLec Solar for anyone wanting to make the switch or upgrade existing solar.

The MLEC Crew were great. They came in and installed the system in only a few hours and had it up and running by early afternoon. They were nice and courteous, and the admin team has great customer service. I hightly reccomend them for solar and battery installations.
